My complaint:
Bought a pair s high heeled boots. Wore them for less than 30 minutes, indoors, to get comfortable in them. The heel snapped and is now not fully attached and they can not be worn.
Suggested solution:
I would expect, at the least, a replacement or a refund for product that could not be used in its intended manner.
