My complaint:
On 3 April 2020 I purchased a Huawei Matebook 13 Ultrabook 10 Core i7 computer from Wish. The item was offered at a substantial discount on the Wish website however the order was ed on 4 April 2020 and the acknowledgement of my purchase stated that the order would be processed on 6 April 2020
Wish deducted payment for the computer on 6 April 2020 from my PayPal account.
On 6 April 2020 when I checked my order details it stated that the order would be processed on 10 April 2020.
On 10 April the order details stated the order would be processed on 18 April 2020
Now the order details state the order will be processed on 26 April 2020….. HOWEVER…
When I click on the Item, the following message appears:
Oops
Failed to find product with this ID.
Every time I attempt to contact Customer Support via the app, to establish what has happened with my order, it goes into an endless loop and takes me back to the customer support page.
I am seriously concerned that this is an example of fraud either by Wish or its seller, presumably in China, and accordingly have forwarded this complaint to Complain.biz
I want this matter resolved immediately and I want to receive the notebook computer as soon as possible.

The company should honour the transaction, especially since they have already ed my order and claimed payment for the item
So did anything ever get figured out or did you receive the item? Same thing is happening to me.
