My complaint:
I and friends that I have spoken to, agree that your methods of trying to UP the price during the process of trying to place an order, is very off putting feels similar to dealing with a dubious company. As a result, your company has lost a number of orders due to people not feeling safe confident in the process.
WOULD YOU PLEASE FORWARD A COPY OF THIS COMPLAINT TO YOUR CEO, PETER SZULCZEWSKI, as he may wish to employ a different strategy.
