My complaint:
I bought a GPS waterproof watch for my granddaughter’s birthday, needles to say it didn’t arrive in time. Then when it eventually came it was totally not working. The battery was blown up as if it was about to explode at any time. What if it did when someone was wearing it?? Now again she had to be disappointed as I told her now she can wear it to school as she just started school but due to the poor quality and possible danger she again can’t use the watch that she has been waiting for so long. Explain that to a 6 year old!
Suggested solution:
To ensure quality checks are done especially when it comes to electronics. Some of the “smart watches I bought for myself also stopped working properly after a couple of months. At times only tracking 27 meters of a 6 km walk!
