My complaint:
Nov.20th I was trying to pay my pay later bill of $13.14, by mistake my finger hit something and a charge of $41.37 was taken out of my bank. The first time I contacted wish I was told they would investigate ,that’s fine. They they come back and said I ordered something, I also was told that my bank bounced, Also warned about a 30 refund lose.Anyway each time a different a different story. In the mean time the 27th they took the $13.14 payment out of my bank. When I look up the transaction number they gave me, just to make sure I was right ,there was no action, I did not order anything, I tried hard to explain to them but they still not understanding. I can’t take it any more I just want my money back from a honest mistake that I made
Suggested solution:
To refund me my money, and apologize for the way they handled this case.
