My complaint:

I have asked for a sender contact info to help me resolved my lost item but never answer my question. The customer service button seems to be controlled by a computer. Now its been 3 months and my item is still nowhere to found!

Suggested solution:

If you don't want to give me the senders info please inform himher to contact my local post to file a complaint as it is they're rule when solving the issue.
