My complaint:
I ordered a gold playboy bunny nose ring and tongue rings and a 2 piece of just plain gold nose rings and I waited about a month and finally got my package and when I opened it my tongue rings were in there and so was the plain 2 piece nose rings and instead of my gold playboy bunny nose ring I ordered I got a different kind of plain nose ring and I contacted them about everything and I had already threw the packaging away after I opened it and the trash company has already picked up my trash before they had got back with me because they said that I needed proof of the empty package to prove that what I ordered buck it doesn’t say what you ordered on the package. I’m so mad because I had sent them photos of my tracking usps number and everything and they still refuse to fix their own mistake and they are trying to pin that on me like it’s my fault.
Suggested solution:
I want them to send me a gold playboy bunny nose ring that I originally ordered in the first place please.
