My complaint:
Because I am under a significant amount of medical care, I had my wish order shipped to a local pick up facility that was requested by wish. The phone number and contact information that wish had on file for them was in accurate so after much searching, I found a phone number incorrect address for this pick up location. I have tried multiple times to contact this business who is only open two days a week to try to pick up my packages. No response, delayed communication and my items were shipped back to wish minus a 20% restocking fee. I am mad as hell
Suggested solution:
We should refund me the 20% restocking fee, contact their contact at this business and obtain my items that I’ve ordered and paid for. They should also reroute those and have them shipped to my home as I would rather risk having them stolen off my porch than having to recklessly contact their contact person to pick up my items. They should also discontinue dealing with this business for their customers to pick up their orders.
