My complaint:
The Wish ad stated that the phones were compatible with ALL USA Networks. When I received them, I immediately inserted my current sim card into the phone and did the appropriate setup that is required to use it. I then contacted ATT to find out why I could not make a call with the phone and they told me these phones were NOT compatible with the ATT Network. Therefore, I am unable to use these 2 phones..
I have ffiled a complaint with Complain,Biz
Suggested solution:
They should send me a return label so that I can return the 2 phones and provide a full refund of the purchase price plus tax.
