My complaint:
I have ordered one item and completed transaction through credit card but its still showing pending payment status in app from afternoon. Keep me updated regarding transaction ASAP.
Suggested solution:
First check if the transaction is successful or not, keep me updated so i will cross check with bank. if transaction is failed return the amount and I will re-order again same item.
