Complaint: Payment was taken and then ed wrong size of items

My complaint:

On 5th July I ordered for my daughter a pair of slippers size 7 to be delivered to her address. Payment got through and final page shows size 9 which was wrong. I tried to cancel order sending email to customer support. Automated reply addressed to My order history, ironically, the order was not there, so nothing to cancel. I made another order and was very careful choosing the size. I ordered size 6.5 and paid. The final page said size 4.5. How come? Obviously, something wrong with the wish.com website. Both payment were on my bank account pending. I thought if I would bring to their attention that I would not want wrong size items, they would take into account the website default and would call off transaction. I sent email again. Response arrived next day saying sorry for the wrong size but they were shipped. You will receive your items by mid of September. They just ignored the fact that their website generated wrong size and took payment.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Wish.com should refund £29.43 for both items because I brought to their attention straight away that the website did not work properly. They should not have shipped both orders on first place.
