My complaint:

I have been trying to process a payment at the 60% off prom code(READY60) for 4 days. I have tried using several credit and debit cards but as soon as I go to put one in….a message pops up saying there’s a problem with the address. I have bought over 1000 pieces of jewelry from you and have 7 or 8 separate ordersceach with 60 or more pieces of jewelry ordered. COULD YOU PLEASE FIX THIS COMPUTER ISSUE WITHOUT DUMPING ME ONTO AN ATTORNEY SITECALL. My credit is excellent and all of my cards are in good standing plus there’s plenty of room to charge before I hit my limits. WHY WON’T THIS ONE CHARGE FOR THIS ORDEROF 50 ITEMS GO THROUGH. Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Fix charges to 60% odd and figure out why no matter what I try to pay with is causing the credit card payment to immediately go to a problem of address. It's definitely a problem on the Wish website
