My complaint:

On December 7th I ordered six jackets from your online website at the time they were running $6 something. Once I completed the transaction the jackets went up to $19.85 each. I was upset and couldn’t cancel order, per your customer support. I had to wait for the package to arrive before returning. I turned around and shipped it directly back never opening package. I return all item in original package and paid for a required signature your company refunded $31 something but I paid $189.10. I got seven different representatives and they all keep telling me to take a picture send a tracking number, which I have done. if your people would all get together and get the notes you would see that I have sent everything more than once I will never ever use your site again. I cannot provide the picture I never opened the package I sent it directly back once I received it thank you. If this never gets resolved I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau I will also open up a claim for lost money with your company.

You should refund my money since your company has the jacket someone sign for that package it had an Indian name I couldn't tell what it is on the recorder when I checked the tracking number
