My complaint:
My order 5fe247b1bc9221afbc58bd24 from Wish was only partially delivered. The orders were under the same tracking number so it appears I received the 3-piece set and a rug. I only received a shower curtain and a bath mat. I still need the rug, toilet seat, toilet rug, and another rug. I paid $107 and have only received two items out of six. Their customer service keeps insisting the rug and 3-piece set was delivered because of the same tracking number. I have written customer service with detailed outline of the issue. They are not responding about the issue that needs to be addressed. This has been an issue since December 15th. I’m at my wits end in writing Wish customer service. It’s as if they are NOT reading my detailed description of the problem. I have checked with my post office and they said all items were under the same tracking number. Also, when I received the package from wish, in the medium sized manila envelope was only a shower curtain and bath mat.
Suggested solution:
Send me the rest of my order which is a 3-piece set and a rug that I did not receive.
