My complaint:
My issue is that Hermes says the parcel is delivered, but it was not there when I got home. I arranged for them to leave the parcel at the shop across the street, you can do that on their website, but they did not do that. Instead they left it in the bushes next to the front door according to the calling card they left. But there was nothing. I tried to contact hermes, but that is impossible, you only work with a computer, no way to really talk to a person. Long story short, Hermes did not leave my parcel where I asked them to, instead left it in the open and now its gone. This happened on June 3rd. I sent in multiple requests to the Wish citrine service department and this was their latest reply:
Based on the details of your order, it appears your package is estimated to be delivered by 08242020 and is still on the way to you. Please use the tracking link below to stay updated with the latest delivery information.
The link they provide showes the tracking information shown on the picture. They ignore the fact I got the Hermes calling card, they do not actually read the complaint.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back.
