I am writing to you to raise an issue about a delivery
I ordered a computer monitor through wish.com, MyHermes was the courier, who said it arrived on April 15. I’ve checked everywhere and nothing’s been received.
Whenever I ring them, I’m on hold for hours and they don’t provide an email address to get in contact. I’m stuck with the world’s worst AI called holly who gets confused very easily.
It occurred on: 15-04-2020
This lead to frustration at not even being able to talk to wish.com, the retailer or hermes about this. More frustration at wish.com saying it’s been delivered and asking me to review when I don’t have anything.
I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply.
Refund me as my order hasn\'t arrived (despite the INCORRECT hermes tracking information saying it has - I\'ve contacted them and they sent a photo of a package that wasn\'t mine (too small, I ordered a computer monitor) and a completely different address so not my package.
