My complaint:

I ordered about 12 items in March 2020 of this year and I have not received the two things and it’s been apart even though I made the order together and paid all the same time I’m getting piece-by-piece every so often and so far I’ve only got two items and every time I check my tracking on my package it keeps updating it later and later and later and later you can’t complain about it because it says come back and complain after the package due date has passed but it never passes because they keep updating it later I’m very upset tired of waiting don’t understand why items are getting shipped to me individually I’m different days when I ordered it all at the same time very upset

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

The only way they can resolve this is give me my money back or the items on the the last posted Date Update delivery that they gave me and stop making me wait two more weeks I check it again two more weeks check it again oh wait it's another two more weeks at this rate I won't get my packages until next year if ever
