My complaint:
I ordered from the LOCAL shipping option on the app. These items were advertised as being shipped from the United States, the projector screen was said to be shipped from Texas, I also paid additional shipping to recieve my packages sooner. I ordered back in March and April. The latest date I was to recieve the last package was May 11. Most were set to arrive on May 1st however when I check the shipping updates daily the date is extended so I can’t even request a refund. Wish will not allow me to speak to a representative. I sent an email and recieved a auto generated response that they do not accept emails at that address. How do I get my money back?
