My complaint:

I understand packages are being shipped from all around the world, and sometimes they can take awhile to be delivered. But my experience lately has been just shy of horrendous. I’ve had multiple notification stating that my packages have been delivered, Even when the packages were not received. Then to be told I “should” receive my refund in 14 days? So essentially I buy an item, never received that item, the money doesn’t get put back until nearly a month later(if ever) and then issue still isn’t resolved. As a business there should be steps in place to prevent this from happening. Or at the minimum a way to make things right with the customer if they are burdened with such an inconvenience. Considering it’s happened to me multiple times I can assume this is an outstanding issue. Customer satisfaction should be a top concern, a customers loyalty should be priority.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

A customer should feel safe entering card information onto your website. If their item is lost or not delivered at all they should be refunded and wish should have the item sent to them, free of charge. That is how you keep customers. I’ve been asking robots on the internet for help. I’ve just about ran out of patients.
