My complaint:
Here we go agin and this is why that I can’t rate wish above a 3 .there has bee another package delivered to zip code 63121 and I had explained to them that is not my zip code and they were continuly refundeing my money.Thats a sure fire way in to loosing their business. If they have to do quite a few like this they cant be making money if they aren’t selling anything.
Suggested solution:
Get their tracking system and also their employees straight to where they can check both the names address and also zip codes before it leaves their store.
