Wish complaint: Package not delivered

My complaint:

I ordered a high elastic silicone water top extendo multicolor from wish.com before it even got to me it said it was already delivered looked around it was not delivered package number is one z 7 v 2 6 6 8 0 3 3 8 0 5 4 5 3 9 contacted wish they said sometimes the delivery post says it’s already delivered before it’s delivered and it will be delivered and a couple of days decided to wait was not delivered they said it was delivered on June 21st at 6:32 p.m. at the front door was not delivered contacted wish again multiple times got nowhere they refused to refund meme or send out another package they told me to make a complaint when I try to make a complaint on wish all I got was an error try to contact which again they claim that I did get my package when I never did they still refuse to either refund me or give me my package. The seller is c 25 8. Checked with the UPS postal service and my tracking number is not found or listed meaning there is no tracking with that number so it’s either a fake or the seller is a scam. Getting nowhere with wish and cannot file a complaint with wish because wish will not let me file a complaint.

Suggested solution:

Send out a replacement product that is all I'm asking not asking for a refund I'm just asking for what I paid for and have somebody to sign it instead of leaving it at the front door.
