My complaint:
I I logged in with wish with my Facebook account Facebook banned me and blocked me permanently but I had ordered stuff off wish right before this happened but wish got deleted now from my Facebook because wish was through Facebook when I try to log into my wish account now it says login to Facebook I can’t do that I had my orders sent to a store a local store and I was supposed to get my packages there by December well I was banned from Facebook November 29th my packages were supposed to be at the store December 13th but I got no barcode to pick it up because they banned me but I ordered my stuff November 23rd right before it was $93 I was supposed to give Christmas presents out but they wouldn’t let me pick it up without the barcode it’s been a couple months now there’s no way I can get my stuff back but I have a printout showing that I purchased $93 with wish but the store said that’s not enough I need the code and wish people keep saying that they can’t help me because my account was through Facebook how can they help me they could log in through my email if not I’m going to have to take this to court cuz it’s really messed up that I can’t get my money back I just want my stuff not my money
Suggested solution:
Send me the barcode so I could pick up the stuff from the store or refund me my $93
