Complaint: Package came to Ireland damage without item

My complaint:

I received package damaged in postbox.
When I opened post box I found ripped off bag(package) I was confused how postman can do that even if is damage letter. With damage letter, package I went to main postoffice to report.
They advised me to contact customer support service I postoffice. I phoned them explained situation and I asked him to send me mail conservation with home as proof. I got message from him and I try to report to you.
I did on several occasions webpage. But do not wich is properly for damage and lost packages.
I got several messages thay will contact me after 3 days.from I reported but still waiting for your respond.
I send screenshot as proof to one of wish pages.
Postman explain package came to Ireland damaged without any item. ( Sunglasses )
