My complaint:

Firstly, I have had numerous items rejected because they weren’t paid in time. They were ALL paid in time. It is just outrageous. Now, I can see that I have had $242.68 withdrawn from my account and only purchased $175.98 work of products. Can you please come back to me urgently

Suggested solution:

Reinstate the items I paid for within the time allocated and refund the overcharge.
