My complaint:
My Paypal account was charged $26.80 over what the total was for my order. I have sent dozens of e-mails and messages to them, and they just seem to ignore my issue, and constantly ask for info that I have already provided a dozen times! Pictures, order number!
Suggested solution:
Refund the $26.80.
