My complaint:
i orderded a product from my cell phone it was priced at £13 it has not been delivered and when i checked my account i found you had taken £265.50 pence .as a pensioner i am having financial problems.i would like to cancel my and ask you to refund the £265.50asap.ALAN MANLEY
