My complaint:

I owe $25 to wish…a payment was scheduled for the 1st September…I missed the payment…can wish please give me details to what time of day the money is taken from my account please. I can not totally keep track of my funds due to limited data. I would appreciate the $23 late fee to be taken off as I can not afford to pay it. The $25 I owe will be in my acc 3ed September.

Suggested solution:

Do not charge me a late fee...and please give me a true estimate of the time the money will go out of my acc.
