My complaint:
I ordered two cardigans on 16th June and now we won’t be receiving them until the earliest now at 29th August. I ordered one as a present which is far too late plus the other cardigan is no longer required as winter will be over. I would have never purchased if I had of known it would be at least 2 months – 3 months to receive. I don’t want them but I want a refund please before I take this further.
Suggested solution:
Immediate refund on both items. What WISH had promised they are unable to fill so legally a refund is required.
