My complaint:
I made an order to be collected from a local store. I did. I did not receive an email to say it was ready to collect or an email with a barcode for collection.
I then received an email saying I hadn’t collected the items and that I was being refunded only 20% of my money for restocking the items ?????
1. Where was my collection email and barcode to advise me the order was ready ?
2. Why did you take 80% of my payment ?
3. Why was I charged 80% of my payment for Restocking???? When you did not need to restock ???
I have tried to complain via Wish website but you have answered it by telling me to collect my items ??? I need a barcode???!
I will not be using wish again this is a disgrace if this is not sorted out
