My complaint:
I have placed an order ofseveral clothing items on the 1st March 2020. I have paid with my credit card first six digits 455027 and the last four digits 8037. These clothing items were supposed to have reached on 14 June 2020. Until today 21 November 2020 l haven’t received any of the items. I thought that because of lockdown and the Covid-19 virus worldwide maybe it will reach me.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund of my purchase to my credit card account as soon as possible.
