My complaint:

I have been charged$49 twice for an item I never ordered. My address said Singapore and I tried to change it to Canada to no avail. I also never received an order that was to be delivered March 4th, 2021. Customer service is robotic and I want a refund for all as soon as possible.

Suggested solution:

Refunded all my money and speak to someone, not a scripted robot.
