Complaint: orders not arriving, terrible customer support.

My complaint:

Item continuously delayed with no option to cancel if you don’t want to wait any longer. Customer support feature is terrible. You cant text with a real customer support person. you are just given minimal choices (3 or 4) already preselected for your issue. You can not ask an actual question. They have a feature where you can say the support was not adequate and why but nothing comes of it. Can not find an actual phone number on their site. Found one online but a recording tells you they are phone support is not available. There is no way to return anything that you may have ordered that did not turn out to be what you thought it was and ordered specific item by mistake.

Suggested solution:

be more accessible. Have an actual customer support feature that is actually helpful and allow people to ask the customer support person actual questions and discuss and issue. Also, have phone support available as well as a customer friendly return policy.
