My complaint:
I had placed multiple orders with Orders. It was initially committed to deliver in Apr end but the dates are keep slipping. Tracking information doesnt show enough detail where the items are.
Site also doesnt provide option for refund.
Suggested solution:
If they can't deliver the items in couple of weeks, then they can refund the amount instead of simply faking the information on their portal.
