My complaint:
I have several orders that I have not received for several weeks and counting. I sent a few emails to customer support but that has not been helpful. I explained nothing has been received, the expected date times keep changing, and I should not have to list all the order numbers when I feel they can see all my orders on their end. I have been very patient but again the dates keep changing and it seems like a scam at this point. I am trying to get information about refunds either way. I am expected to wait on delivery dates that keep changing and the tracking information is not helpful at all. Any help with this would be great.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with refund andor better instructions as to the status of the complaints I have sent to customer support on the actual site. It seems like a scam at tgis point.
