My complaint:
I ordered four items in October and the ending of November still had not received them had to argue with them to get my money back they said I had received them then wish stated anything ordered December 1st would be here by Christmas have not received yet as of the 29th of December they were Christmas presents that my family never received on Christmas day from me I can’t order no more they put me through this every month now
Suggested solution:
There is no resolving this order they were Christmas presents for my sister and brother how embarrassing for me I just won't order from them no more I've ordered for seven years from them and never had this problem till covid-19 they should have gotten through this by now
