My complaint:
Hi, i bought a rc helicopter Wltoys V950 at Geek.wish for chf 160.- and it doesn t work, esc unit doesn t deliver power to the flight controller and therefore the motors. I provided explanations and pictures, even if pictures don t help a lot to find out why it doesn t work, therefore i went to a specialised rc heli shop.
I did try many times through support to get a follow up from them without success fir about 1 month.
I don t what to do now, as this is a lot of money for me and myself i don t find a solution. I did go to a specialised shop and they told me that tk make it fly should replace flight controller and esc unit, which means i should better buy a new one.
That s why i try to get support from Geek.Wish.com but without success.
I try through your platform as i don t know what to do.

As i explained before the best way would be a refund, that i csn replace order and get a working one.
