My complaint:
I ordered an item on the 8th of January to be delivered by the 10th of March which is already ridiculous. Today is the 19th,i still have not received it and now they say it will be delivered in May… Which also changed. Really, really ridiculous. I will try my best to spread this as far amd wide as possible
Suggested solution:
Get my item to me as soon as possible at no charge!!! Apologies and give me a very big voucher to buy whatever I want to be delivered on time!!!
