My complaint:
I ordered elastic for mask making April 9,2020. Then it was to arrive June 12, so I waited. Then it was to arrive end of June, so I waited. In the meantime I made no masks as I was waiting. The elastic never arrived, and I could have gotten it elsewhere if I I known you had no intention of ever sending it. Masks were so desperately needed were never made do to your negligence. Your inefficiency is appalling!
Suggested solution:
I paid $17.37 for the elastic and you sent me $4.00. That is an insult! I expect you to refund me the entire amount and you may be sure I will not speak kindly about you in the future. My order 5e8f617942302b34929d2df1.
