My complaint:

Dear Sir, Madam,
In July I payed 146 EUR for a watch that was probably ment for delivery bij DHL to a mailbox in the Netherlands.
It was not delivered or it was refused by the Dutch PostNL mailbox office because they had to sign for receipt.
And then returned to the Sender.
Can you find out where the watch is?
I still like to receive it, or would like a refund so I can order it again at another address.

Suggested solution:

Resend the watch to another delivery address (not by DHL) or refund please, then I will reorder.
