My complaint:
Hi there, i have been using wish around 3 to 4 years now, never encounter this problem ever. My order (Order : 603891714c22233e27bb9de2) (Product: Eco-dot 4th generation Smart Speaker) returned by the authorities not by my side and the fun part is that it’s delivered to merchant on 9th of April by DHL Global and the merchant is denying that it’s still in transit. Now the main problem is that when ever i tried to contact with the customer support agent about my problem i can’t because every time i open a ticket merchant is responding on that ticket instead of customers support agent now my point is that did you hire merchant as a customer support agent..?? I’m done with you guy’s.. Now they just Restricted my account because of this complaint.
Suggested solution:
They are not responding in a proper manner 1st they should respond to a customer in a proper manner, 2nd as per my above stated problem they are seeing everything crystal clear if they just look into my case, if they do then please just proced my refund i can't handle this humiliation anymore..
