My complaint:
Hi,
I’ve emailed Wish and used their automatic chat. I ordered a treadmill and I received word that it was out of stock. It said there were alternative treadmills I can choose from, but when I click on that link it takes me back to the order details. There is no option on the site to receive a refund. Wish has responded twice to my emails I’ve sent to their support email and they say I have to go through the contact support automated chat, which is where I went initially with no way to see alternatives or to request a refund.
