My complaint:
I think I must be ignorant concerning the fraud that online companies continue to commit. An accidental key infor order CANCELLED immediacy by customer was not accepted by WISH. Instead, the refund to bank debit card was scheduled by WISH to be returned no later thanAugust,19, 2020. This was devastating news as the amount was $463.00 and much of it was needed to live during the month of August! At this time the refund has still not been made. I have filed numerous complaints and asked for help many times. It appears to be ignored. As no human avenues of contact are available and responses are nonexistent, I need immediate assistance so that I may pay bills already late as a result of WISH’S customer abuse.
Suggested solution:
Immediately refund my money to my Bank of America debit card ending in 8989! Stop WISH FRON CONTINUING TO PRESSURING ME TO MAKE ADDITIONAL ORDERS WHEN NOT ONLY HAS MY MONEY NOT BEEN REFUNDED BUT TIMES OF VARIOUS SHIPMENTS OF ITEMS ORDERED HAVE BEEN VASTLY EXTENDED TO ABSURD AMOUNTS OF TIME. PLEASE ELICIT CONTACT OF AUTHORITIES WHO HAVE THE ABILITIES TO SYOP THIS HEINOUS ABUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
