My complaint:

I have placed two orders with two items each on April 17 .I looked at my order history and my orders are not there . I have paid for these orders and have not received them see attached: I have not received the following order number 5e989561e6d6a6a932a82fa8 placed on April 17 2020. order number 5e989561e6d6a6a932a82fa8 I also ordered two other orders of these mask in total it should be four mask which you have charged my debit card I am looking for someone to answer me why I have not received the order I have paid for! I am getting sick and tired of this company I am going to report it for fraud. I keep telling you to cancel my subscription and not charge my acct and your staff keeps sending me an automatic email about going to manage subscriptions which doesn’t exist on your web site
