Complaint: Order not received – Date keeps changing

My complaint:

I placed an order in March, 4 months ago. I waited until the latest arrival date – May 15th and it still hasn’t arrived I contacted Wish support who then just changed the date to May 20th and told me if it hasn’t arrived by then they will refund me. It gets to May 20th and I contact Wish again, they proceed to AGAIN change the date to May 25th and if it hasn’t arrived by then they will refund… May 25th comes around and it hasn’t arrived. So then they changed the date to May 30th and saying again, if it hasn’t arrived by then they will refund me. May 30th comes around…. and AGAIN then just changed the date to June 4th and said if it hasn’t arrived by then they will refund me. It is now June 4th and still has not arrived. On contact Wish support again, they again change the date. This time to June 14th. No doubt this is going on continuously and they have no followed through with there promise of a refund and every time just moved the date a long and then mislead me to believe when it hits the date they will refund me then.

Disgusting service, they have stolen my money and have no intention of refunding it because a company in China hasnt even sent my item.
