I place order 5ee3ca2301e12c0e46f5e9c0 on 12 June 2020 and paid the same day. The initial delivery date was 20 August. It then changed to 10 October 2020. On 1 October I received an sms to collect a parcel, which I did. It was only one of 5 items I ordered. I sent multiple emails to wish and all they could say is that they apologise and I should use their service bot. The only info the service bot gives me is tracking details which state that all my items arrived in my country for delivery in June. I have not received these items. There is also no refund tab not no new expected delivery date.
Please let me know exactly where my items are at the moment and get them to me as soon as possible
