My complaint:

BY NOW I’M VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE INABILITY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I CONTACTED UPS CARRIER FOR THE 5 TIMES AND THEY INFORMED AGAIN THAT THIS TRACKING NUMBER (1Z85V8370284409594) GIVING TO ME BY YOUR COMPANY IN THEIR RECORD IT SHOWS THE LABEL HAVEA DIFFERENT NAME AND ADDRESS.

I WANT A RESPONSE FROM A MANAGER SINCE NONE OF THE AGENTS ARE PROVIDING ACCURATE INFORMATION NEITHER FOLLOWING UP BY CONTACTING UPS TO CONFIRM THE LABEL ITEM WAS

As mentioned to WISH customers support before the carrier isn’t my local post office is The United Parcel Service USP And that the Tracking number 1Z85V8370284409594 giving by their company have a different name and address in UPS label and the order never was delivered to me on 042820 at 6:02 pm, I stated to them in order to resolve this problem WISH customer support needs to contact the UPS Customer service line at (800) 742-5877, to clarify the correct recipient and the system I repeatedly request WISH to do a more efficient search and doesn’t seem like you have no intention on doing so.

Suggested solution:

Contact UPS to verify correct where my order was delivered and re sent my paid item.
