My complaint:
I placed my order on May 13, 2020. They keep moving date of delivery, it is now August to October. I no longer want this order. I would just like a refund. Order : 5ebc2c59c217522a6b7bad5a
Suggested solution:
Please just refund my money. I understand Covid-19 is causing shipping orders but it is also causing a money problem for me. I have had to buy gifts to replace the ones they have not delivered.
