My complaint:
I am complaining because I ordered items that I ordered from wish I checked my item if or when I will receive my package UPS said it was sign off and was delivered. Well I DID NOT RECEIVE my purchase I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied with these ppl I called UPS and ask if she would tell me who got my package she said it was against there policy, called PayPal told her that I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE I said that I want my refund from my purchase I paid almost $200 dollars so I say to myself I reorder again but I’ll use my credit card so that package was supposed to be delivered on may 11 and my first purchase was supposed to be delivered on may 5 AGAIN IT SAID DELIVERED AGAIN RECEIVE NOTHING I ORDERED OTHER ITEMS THAT I SPENT ALMOST $1000 dollars . I don’t recommend this appt wish I’m very disappointed so disappointed I want my money back .
Suggested solution:
1.They to give out the right tracking number to UPS because they said it did not match my address I really don’t understand at all my profile plainly in black and white clearly.
