My complaint:
I ordered some earphones and they had a date of the 3rd of May, on the 3rd they didn’t turn up, I looked on the app to see where they were and the date had been changed to the 18th, no apologies just changed, today the 18th the same thing again and now it’s the 2nd of June. The app doesn’t let you ask why, fuming, they took the money nearly 2 months ago!!!
