My complaint:
I ordered four phones that were on a clearance sale on the 18th of April 2020 however the respond on this specific order did not commence as the previous orders we placed. It is with regret after I enquire on the 28 April 2020 to get a respond from the supplier saying Unfortunately, the store is unable to fulfill this order and the product has been removed from their inventory at this time. I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund for this item This is how they respond without even consulting me. This is dissapointing and embarrassing what they cause to me and my family. I have completely lost trust in them as a company.
Suggested solution:
I want them to fulfill their obligation, by providing my goods that I have ordered.
